1. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or handed over to the courier, cancellations cannot be accepted.
- Custom/Made-to-Order Jewelry: Cancellations for customized designs are only accepted if requested before the production process begins. Once work has started, these orders are non-cancellable.
2. Returns and Exchanges
- We only accept returns or exchanges if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Important: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you first open your package. This video serves as vital proof for insurance claims or return processing in case of damage during transit.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
- Items showing signs of wear, or those altered by a third-party jeweler, cannot be accepted for return.
